For several years Stir Creative Group has relied upon on Wilson Technology Solutions for network and system support. Recently, we contacted WTS to provide consultation on a VOIP phone system to replace our traditional land lines. As a small business, the rates for our traditional land lines were exorbitant and the features were very limited.
WTS implemented a VOIP/PBX, a hybrid solution that can grow with our business and integrates with our email, mobile devices and more. We had assumed that a PBX was the kind of phone system only larger companies could afford. On the contrary, we are getting advanced features for about 60% less than we were paying for our traditional land line.
The new VOIP system and phones that WTS installed are working flawlessly. They include some powerful features at an affordable flat monthly rate. We each have our own extension and can make and receive concurrent calls. Voicemail is automatically sent to our email inbox. Incoming calls can easily be forwarded to our cell phones. Additionally, any remote location with Internet service can be added to our PBX network. We are thrilled with our new phone system.
The installation and training were very professional. All work was completed ahead of schedule and within the original estimate. The training provided by WTS was excellent and easy to understand. Transitioning from our old system to the new system was seamless.
